Showing off at the gym - Ring training....... well, I am a beginner! Don't laugh

Playing with the camera built into the new phone. A part of my regular Ring Training. The goal is to achieve a full front lever and back lever. Started about a month ago. And yes I am not built like a gymnast ;-)

This is the second set of the intro-exercise (10reps then 5-7reps then 5 reps)

Static Hold (eventually developing into full Front Lever... (legs stretched out and body completely horizontal)

Static Support position (6 x 20 seconds) harder then it looks!

Push ups with some instability built in...(3x 15)
